• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• You must request the return within 15 days of receiving your order
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Products:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Grommets & Bumper Guards (due to their installation-specific nature)
• Men’s & Women’s Clothing (must be unworn with tags attached)

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
4. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Processed within 24-48 hours

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
