Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global tennis community:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Currently, we ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must request the return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Products
To ensure safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Grommets & Bumper Guards: Due to their installation-specific nature and potential for wear.
- Men’s & Women’s Clothing: For hygiene reasons, apparel must be unworn with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Write the RA number clearly on the outside.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our returns center:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Processed within 24-48 hours and reflected in your account shortly after.
