Returns & Exchanges Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Eligibility Check: Ensure your item is eligible for return or exchange (see section below). The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include all accessories, and seal the box securely. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to our returns address:

    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours and will reflect in your PayPal account shortly after.

Non-Returnable Products

Based on our product categories and to ensure hygiene and safety, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Grommets & Bumper Guards: Due to their installation-specific nature and potential for wear, these items cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Men’s Clothing and Women’s Clothing: For hygiene reasons, apparel (such as shirts, shorts, and skirts) must be unworn and with tags attached. Items without tags or showing signs of use cannot be accepted.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
