A lighter weight version of the Ultra 100, the Ultra 100L is a great choice for beginner to intermediate players that are looking for a maneuverable racquet that still packs plenty of pop. The Ultra 100L weighs in at 9.8 ounces (277 grams) making it light enough to be extremely maneuverable, while still having enough mass to provide pop and stability. The balance point of 6 points head light (325 mm) also makes for a fast swinging racquet, which should add to the racquet’s power and spin potential.
Power Rib technology adds ribs to the inside of the throat of the racquet. The result is more torsional stability and directional control as well as a slight increase in stiffness in the throat, which helps to boast power. Crush Zone technology is a new grommet system that compresses at impact providing more dwell time, increased feel and a more explosive string bed.
