This lighter and faster addition to the new Pro Staff v13 lineup continues to provide the power and feel that Pro Staff players look for. The balance of the racquet is slightly higher than the heaver Pro Staff models (7 pts HL) which helps maintain the swing weight for more power and stability. The new Pro Staff 97L v13 is a comfortable 290 grams (10.2 ounces) so it will move through the air quickly from all parts of the court and for players who like to hit out with spin you have a 16×19 string pattern to help you.
The 23mm FB geometry is slightly wider than the RF 97 and PS 97 which will ensure you don’t sacrifice power with a lighter racquet. Wilson labs have also added a new ergonomic end cap that players will feel the difference with the added comfort when gripping the racquet.
