The 97 square inch headsize is slightly smaller than the other Pure Strikes, therefore enhancing the tight control and ball feel that the Pure Strikes are known for. The weight is on the heavier side thereby providing excellent stability and drive on bigger swings but it isn’t quite as heavy as some racquets in this class can get and so it maintains great manoeuvrability for easier spin potential and overall handling over the course of a match. The very head-light balance compliments and further enhances the manoeuvrability factor. The racquet is flexible for greater ball feel due to the increased dwell time of the ball on the string bed and the flex enhances overall comfort. The string pattern pattern isn’t quite dense which helps the smaller headsize from feeling too tight and unforgiving.
